Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring programs to ensure the quality of programming meets all applicable regulations, Joint Commission (JCAHO) requirements, and agency standards.
Essential Functions of the Position:
- Directly monitors agency programs examining the quality versus quantity of services in collaboration with each program description making recommendations for potential improved service delivery.
- Determines adherence to regulations as applicable to each program, providing detailed reports regarding any noncompliance areas and developing action plans to ensure compliance.
- Oversees the accreditation process with the Joint Commission (JCAHO). This includes reviewing files, documents, policies, procedures etc. for compliance in accordance with the JCAHO accreditation guidelines.
- Performs record reviews for all applicable programs on a quarterly basis assessing the charts for completeness, content, and compliance with applicable agency, county, and state requirements.
- Completes a review of various agency report submissions for timeliness, quality of content, and program compliance by auditing a sampling of documents.
- Reviews agency reports compiling data and statistical analysis of incidents over specific time periods.
- Conducts review of physical intervention data to evaluate trends within agency programs.
- Acts as the Chairperson of the Quality Review Committee by establishing meeting dates/times, developing the agenda, distributing minutes from each meeting, and engaging the members of the committee in the quality assurance review process.
- Serves as a member of all agency committees as assigned.
- Recommends and develops training curriculum based on needs determined through analysis and review by the Quality Review Committee and the Training Committee.
- Drafts agency policies per Quality Review Committee as assigned.
- Conducts satisfaction surveys of all new hires.
- Conducts or evaluates youth and family surveys to analyze feedback related to service outcomes for programs.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required, Master’s preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a human service agency that is regulated by an agency similar to the Department of Human Services or the Office of Mental Health.
- FBI, Child Abuse History, PA State Police, and Driver Clearances. Other clearances may be required dependent on residency status.
Pay:
$21.50-$23.50 per hour
